What is the difference between VoIP and a regular phone line?
With VoIP the call runs over your internet connection instead of a separate phone line. The phone system lives in the cloud, giving you far more options and the same number everywhere.
Can I keep my current numbers?
Yes. In almost all cases we port your numbers and handle the request with your current provider.
Is my internet connection fast enough?
A call uses little bandwidth. A stable connection and a well-configured network matter more. We check this beforehand.
Which phones do I need?
A desk phone, a wireless DECT phone, the app on your laptop or your smartphone, or a combination. We supply and configure them.
What does business VoIP cost?
A phone number costs from € 2 per month (excl. VAT). Your total depends on users, phones, features and call charges, so we make a tailored quote.
What if there is an outage?
On working days from 09:00 to 17:00 your dedicated contact helps you directly. Outside office hours our 24/7 outage service is there for you.
